Team Cymru is all about self-motivated individuals dedicated to the cause of making the Internet a better place. While we have some management and structure in place to provide support for our staff, we work to avoid micromanagement and red tape whenever possible, allowing all members of the team to focus on our core mission. At the end of the day, our name says it all - we're a team, and teamwork and cooperation are some of our main strengths. Many of our staff are scattered around the world in home offices, but we make sure to keep in constant contact via private, secured online communications as well as real-world meetings when possible and needed.
